CONFIRMATION
Please note that to confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total stay. The balance is due 30 days prior to booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled booking the following applies:
*50% of the total cost will be charged if the booking is cancelled before 30 days of arrival.
*100% charge applies if cancellation is received within 30 days of arrival.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Check in time is 3:00 pm.
Check out time is 11:00 am.
If you wish to arrive earlier or depart later than the times stated, please contact us in advance.
DAMAGE
Fully refundable Damage Deposit is $100 and due with final payment. The total cost associated with any loss or damage to apartment property, in excess of fair wear and tear, and excessive electric use will be charged to guests. Remember to turn off air conditioner and fans when not in unit.
CLEANING FEE
Cleaning fee of $50 is due with final payment.
NON-SMOKING ENVIRONMENT
Please note that the apartment, studio and enclosed balcony are non-smoking environments.
